Quality Standards

All metal frames be of any size and shape are used which are ISI marked.
Machines are assembeled,inspected and tested in the factory before dispatch .
Machines are packed using corrugated sheets and bubble wrap to ensure safety during transit.
Paint job is duly electrostatic ensuring levelled coat of paint on the Metal surface .
Guide rods are duly checked before dispatch to ensure that there is no discrepancy in the holes.

After Sales Service

At Ekatra we ensure hassale free After sales service to our clients .
For commercial gym setups ,1st service is completely free and is usually done between 6 to 8 months of setup installation date .(too and fro charges of the visiting person +food and stay charge is applicable )
All other services are charged at a very minimal rate.
For domestic equipments and treadmills service is charged .

SPARES :-
Machinery being mechanical can undergo some wear and tears over the period of time .To ensure that the business of our clients do not suffer with such issues, we provide Spares at the cheapset rates and try to delivery such items to our business clients within 5-7 business days .

NOTE :-WE DO NOT PROVIDE ON VISIT INSTALLATION OF DOMESTIC EQUIPMENTS AND SINGLE UNITS OF COMMERCIAL MACHINES ,IN SUCH CASES ,INSTALLATION VIDEO AND VIDEO ASSISTANCE IS PROVIDED TO THE CLIENT WHICH IS COMPLETELY FREE OF COST.
WE PROVIDE ON VISIT INSTALLATION SERVICE FOR THE COMMERCIAL GYM SETUPS,OPEN PARK GYM INSTALLATIONS ,HOTEL GYMNASIUMS,SCHOOL AND COLLEGE GYM FACILITIES.
